Wildfox Resorts Group has retained Lime Transport as part of the wider Afan Valley resort delivery team.
Lime Transport, based in Penarth, will be responsible for advising on transport planning aspects of the project, and liaison with key stakeholders including Neath Port Talbot Council, Bridgend County Borough Council, and Welsh Government.
Lime Transport has strong working relationships with sub-consultants based within South Wales and provide advice to a range of clients across the region within the residential, commercial, leisure, and education sectors. The transport consultants have previously worked on the application for the Afan Valley Resort.

Andy Roberts (Director) | Andy has 30 years’ experience of the transport and land use development planning process. He works with both public and private sector developers providing advice on a wide variety of schemes throughout the UK and overseas. His experience predominantly includes assessing project feasibility, identifying the scope and extent of the likely development impact and preparing documents to support planning applications together with the negotiation of legal agreements. |
Lizzie Clark (Senior Transport Planner) | Lizzie has over five years’ experience in the planning and development process, having worked for a residential developer prior to specialising in transport planning. Lizzie has a good understanding of the development process and has been involved in compiling and submitting planning applications for a range of development projects. |
Sam Lee (Transport Planner) | Sam graduated with an Honours Degree in Geography from Liverpool University in 2021. Since joining Lime Transport, Sam has been involved in producing and assessing the transport impacts of a range of developments across the UK. |
