Over the last two years, our team has made significant progress towards making Wildfox Resorts a reality. In that period, we have refined the Wildfox offer and designed a scheme, which we feel will be a commercial success and bring economic prosperity and importantly jobs. This process has included the detailed design and the discharging of reserved matters, all vital components required prior to commencement of works. We have also undertaken considerable work to safeguard the environment, in preparation for the development. We are now in advanced discussions with an operator for Wildfox and we feel that this will lead to a positive outcome and add to the viability of the project. Parallel to this work is our ongoing dialogue with Welsh Government and Neath Port Talbot Council, who’s support is crucial for delivery of the project. Wildfox is an ambitious and exciting project and one that is capable of delivering real benefit for the local communities, those that work there, those that visit the resort and all that are involved in its evolution.
